December 3, 2011 the 1st Vice-president of the Russian Paralympic Committee, the chairman of the Executive CommitteePavel Rozhkov took part in IWAS General Assembly IWAS.

The agenda of IWAS GA included the following issues: balance of IWAS work for the period 2009-2011, approving plans for the next 2 years, approving of IWAS budget expenditure and revenue, presenting of new sports that will developed by IWAS, including amputee football. Pavel Rozhkov has supported the inclusion of amputee football to Paralympic Summer Games. Besides Pavel Rozhkov have discussed with IWAS Paul De Pace IWAS the possibility of holding IWAS Executive meeting in 2012 in Russia.
