September 28, 2011, the press-conference devoted to launch of new TV channel “INVA TV” was held in office of RIA Novosti Agency.

President of the International Paralympic Committee Sir Philip Craven, President of the Russian Paralympic Committee Vladimir Lukin, Chief of the Executive Committee – First Vice-President of the Russian NPC Pavel Rozhkov, President of Moscow Paralympic Committee Vladimir Pruglo, Secretary General of Russian NPC Mikhail Terentiev, Russian State Duma Deputy Vladimir Krupennikov, and Vice-President of All-Russian Society for the Deaf Stanislav Ivanov participated at the conference.

INVA TV is the first informational TV channel for persons with health disabilities in Russia.
INVA Media TV is a mutual project of the Russian Paralympic Committee, Moscow Paralympic Committee, and Government of Moscow with the support of Administration of Russian President and Russian Government.
