On June 17, 2010 during the General Assembly in Podolsk, Moscow region, following persons were elected to the Governing Board for the next 4 years:

1. Vladimir Lukin – President of the Russian Paralympic Committee, Ombudsman of the Russian Federation

2. Pavel Rozhkov – First Vice-President, Chief Executive Officer of the Russian Paralympic Committee

3. Boris Ivanyuzhenkov– First Vice-President, Chairman of the Council of the Union of Sport for Athletes with Physical Disabilities

4. Oleg Smolin - First Vice-President, member of the Russian Parliament

5. Lydia Abramova - First Vice-President, President of the Russian Sport Federation of Blind Athletes

6. Rimma Batalova - Vice-President, 13 times Paralympic Champion

7. Sergey Evseev - Vice-President; Director , Department of the Ministry of Sport

8. Lev Seleznev - Vice-President, President of the Russian Sport Federation for the Athletes with Physical Disabilities

9. Andrey Strokin - Vice-President, 5-times Paralympic Champion

10. Anatoliy Tzarik - Vice-President

11. Mikhail Terentyev – Secretary General, Paralympic Champion
